The Coworkies Events section lets you discover and explore coworking-related events, workshops, conferences, and networking opportunities. Filter by date and city to find in-person, virtual, or hybrid events near you or online.

The Events section on Coworkies helps you discover and explore coworking-related events, workshops, conferences, and networking opportunities happening in your city or online.

Accessing Events

To view events:

  1. Navigate to the main menu
  2. Click “Events”
  3. Browse the events calendar

Events Page

Finding Events

Event List View

The events page displays:

  • Event Name - Title of the event
  • Date & Time - When the event takes place
  • Location - Space name and city (or “Virtual”)
  • Space Link - Link to the hosting space’s profile

Event Types

Events can be:

  • In-Person - Physical events at coworking spaces
  • Virtual - Online events accessible from anywhere
  • Hybrid - Combination of in-person and virtual attendance

Filtering Events

By Date

Filter events by start date:

  1. Use the date picker or filter
  2. Select a start date
  3. View events from that date forward

By City

Filter events by location:

  1. Use the city dropdown
  2. Select a specific city
  3. View events in that location

Available cities include major coworking hubs like:

  • London
  • Berlin
  • New York
  • Paris
  • Barcelona
  • Sydney
  • And more…

Combined Filters

You can combine filters:

  • Select both a date and city
  • View upcoming events in specific locations
  • Find events that match your criteria

Event Details

Viewing Event Information

Click on an event to see:

  • Full Description - Detailed event information
  • Date & Time - Complete schedule
  • Location Details - Venue or virtual platform information
  • Hosting Space - Information about the organizing space
  • External Link - Link to event registration or details

Event Registration

Many events include:

  • External registration links
  • Event platform information
  • Contact details for organizers
  • Additional event resources

Virtual Events

Identifying Virtual Events

Virtual events are marked as:

  • “Virtual” in the location field
  • No physical space association
  • Online platform information provided

Attending Virtual Events

  1. Click on the event
  2. Find the external link or registration URL
  3. Follow the link to register or join
  4. Access the event on the specified platform

In-Person Events

Physical Location Events

In-person events show:

  • Hosting coworking space name
  • City location
  • Link to the space’s profile
  • Physical address (if available)

Attending In-Person Events

  1. Review event details
  2. Check the hosting space information
  3. Register if required
  4. Note the date, time, and location
  5. Attend at the specified venue

Spaces Posting Events

For Space Administrators

If you’re a space administrator, you can:

  1. Post events through your space admin panel
  2. Set event dates and times
  3. Choose in-person or virtual format
  4. Add event descriptions and links
  5. Make events visible to the community

Event Visibility

Posted events appear:

  • In the main events calendar
  • On your space’s profile page
  • In city-specific event listings

Events Not Showing

If events aren’t appearing:
