What is Coworkies?
Coworkies connects employers and candidates for jobs in coworking, hospitality and workspaces. It also offers a directory for coworking spaces and their members. Anyone who is a member of a coworking space globally can join by creating a professional profile to connect with others, look for jobs/gigs, and offer jobs/gigs to others.
Who makes Coworkies?
Coworkies was started by Pauline Roussel and Dimitar Inchev in Berlin, Germany. They met while both worked at The Place. Pauline was the MD of the coworking space, and Dimitar was EIR for Startup Bootcamp, an accelerator for early stage projects.
Is Coworkies free for coworkers?
Yes, Coworkies is free to join and use for coworkers. Whether you’re a freelancer, part of a team, or the head of a company, you’re welcome to join Coworkies. There is no premium tier required for coworkers.
Is Coworkies free for coworking spaces?

Yes, Coworkies is free for coworking spaces. As part of the free plan, a coworking space on the platform gets:

  • A presentation page with links to its website and social media
  • A job board
  • A community directory and an admin list of connected members
  • An admin panel to manage the space’s information and its members
  • A deal marketplace for discovering new products and services beneficial to space operations and members’ daily lives

Optional paid features include Pro access for API integrations and promoted job posts on the main page.

How much does it cost to post a job on Coworkies?
Any signed-in user can choose the Free option, even without a coworking space or admin access. Selecting a space is optional. Review the price and duration in the form for free posting, paid promotion or an included Pro post. See Job Pricing and Add a Free Job.
How do I create a Coworkies account?
Visit coworkies.com and click “Sign Up.” The process takes three steps: fill out the signup form, choose your city, and select your coworking space. See the full guide at Create an Account.
How do I add my coworking space to Coworkies?
You can add your space in two ways: during personal account registration (type a space name that isn’t listed), or via the dedicated form at coworkies.com/add-coworking-space. Adding a space is free but requires admin approval. See the full guide at Adding a Space.
