# How do I post a free job on Coworkies?

> Any signed-in Coworkies user can post a free job. Space admin access is not required, and linking a coworking space is optional. Preview and confirm the job before publication.

Any signed-in Coworkies user can post a free job, including someone who does not belong to a coworking space. **You do not need admin access to a space or company page.** Selecting a coworking space is optional.

## Prerequisites

- A Coworkies account that you can sign in to (see [Create an Account](/coworkers/create-account/))
- The job details and a contact email address

## Steps

1. **Sign in** at [coworkies.com](https://www.coworkies.com).
2. **Open Jobs** and choose **Post a Job**.
3. **Select Free**. Check the duration shown beside the option; free jobs have an expiry date.
4. **Fill in the details**: company, title, city, job type, description, tags, contact email and application instructions. Salary details are optional. Select a coworking space if it is relevant, or leave that field blank.
5. **Submit the form to preview the job**. At this point it is a draft.
6. **Review the preview and click Submit** to publish. The Free option does not require a card payment.

## Where the job appears

Once confirmed, an active, unexpired free job can appear in public job listings. If you selected a coworking space, it can also appear in that space's **Jobs** tab. A job without a space is not attached to a space board.

## After publication
